Terms and conditions of use

These Terms of Use include http://www.todobudapest.com (hereinafter referred to as “Webshop”) and its rules. The web shop is owned and operated by Todo Hungary Group Ltd. (company registration number: 01-09-176093, registered office: 1094 Budapest, Berzenczey street 39-41, tax number: 24663395-2-43, contact: info@tdhgroup.hu; ) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), who provides online purchasing to anyone who wishes to purchase a Product (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) through the Web.
1. The subject of the legal relationship
1.1. The subject of the legal relationship is the use and purchase of the Web Store operated by the Operator.
1.2. The service available through the Web Store is an online commercial activity if the user purchases the selected product after its pre-registration (hereinafter: Webshop).
1.3. The person using the service provided by the Web Store is considered to be a User and accepts such provisions as such in this Code.
2. Terms of Use of the Service
2.1. To use the commercial service of the Web Store, you need to pre-register, which is completed by completing the form available on the web interface. It is also necessary to provide – besides personal data (name, place of birth and time, address, billing and shipping address, electronic mailing address, telephone number) – a user name and password required to enter the Web Store.
2.2. When registering, the User must make a declaration of acceptance of the Terms of Use. The User agrees to accept these Terms of Use by ticking the box next to “Agree and Accept All Points of Use Terms”. Unanswered, registration is unsuccessful.
2.3. Upon receipt of the registration, the Operator sends a confirmation in the form of an e-mail (e-mail) to the User’s e-mail address.
2.4. The User will not be charged a registration fee.
2.5. The personal data provided by the User is the so-called ” “Private Accounts” are recorded. If any changes are made to User Data, you must transfer these changes to the User Account, and the User assumes no liability for such failure.

3. Webshop service
3.1. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, an e-commerce service is considered a Webshop service for the purpose of selling a commercially available movable property.
3.2. Within the Webshop service, any User may purchase the product offered by the Operator for sale on the Web Store. The Webshop service is only used for registration. In the case of a Webshop service, the sales contract is created by confirming the order made by the User by e-mail of the Operator by maintaining that the Operator maintains the ownership of the product until the purchase price is settled. After the conclusion of the sales contract, the User is named Buyer or User. The contract under this clause is a written contract, the language of which is Hungarian. The contract is not filed and can not be retrieved later.
3.3. Price of the product on the website is HUF gross price (net price + VAT).
3.4 The procedure for purchasing the Webshop is as follows:
3.4.1. The User selects the product you want to purchase and clicks into the “Shopping Cart” section. The User can place multiple items in the basket before ordering them.
3.4.2. By clicking on the “Cart” icon, the User will go to the “Shopping Cart” page where you can check the contents of the basket and the amount of the purchased products. The User is entitled to modify the basket content.
3.4.3. By clicking on the “Pay” button, the User will be placed on the “Cashier” page where the User is required to provide his / her name (company name), address (domicile), delivery address and billing address, mobile phone number and electronic access, the entity’s registration number for the entity.
3.4.4. Once you have provided the above information, you will be entitled to click on the “Submit Order” button after clicking on the box next to the “I’ve read and understand the terms and conditions of the SimplePay Payment Card Terms of Use” box.
3.5. If the User Orders the Product, after ordering the Order, the Operator will inform the User of the details of the order (order confirmation) in the form of an e-mail after processing the order. The information also includes the following: The name and address of the operator, the essential characteristics of the subject of the contract, the price of the product, other conditions of performance, the conditions, methods and consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal, and the terms of any warranties.
3.6. Buyer is required to comply with his obligation to pay immediately upon notice, unless otherwise specified, otherwise he / she will not be entitled to receive the product and shall be deemed to have terminated the contract.
3.7. Payment of the purchase price (payment method) is done only through SimplePay. After payment of the purchase price, the Buyer is notified of the purchase price compensation. The purchase price is considered to be paid if the consideration is fully credited to the Operator’s bank account.
3.8. In the case of a ticket booking, the User is entitled to participate in the event by printing the confirmation email and presenting it on the spot or on smartphone.
3.9. The Operator reserves the right to refuse the order, which will promptly inform the User. The Operator is entitled to exercise the right to refuse the order until the purchase price is paid.
3:10. In the case of purchases made under the Webshop service, the Buyer shall transfer the ownership right through the full payment of the purchase price.
4. Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Operator reserves the right to change the prices stated in the Webshop. The price change will come into effect on the website. The Operator warrants that any price change that may occur after the order submitted by the User will not affect the purchase price of the products already ordered.
4.2. The Operator shall not be liable for any misrepresentation of prudence, such as the technical service provider operating the website or the data recording errors attributable to the IT system, and the unrealistic price significantly different from the obviously erroneous price of the product.
4.3. In such cases, the Operator shall not be obliged to supply the product at an erroneous price indicated in the Webshop, but offers the delivery at a reasonable price in the order acknowledgment, in the knowledge of which the User decides to order the product at a real price or any disadvantageous legal consequence or obligation you can stop buying.
5. Keeping in touch
5.1. Contacting the Contract is always in writing. E-mail (e-mail) communication is also considered to be written communication. In case of dispute, the sending party must prove that the e-mail message has arrived to the other party.

6. Warranty
The Operator’s warranty liability is based on and is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
7. Responsibility
7.1. The Operator shall not be liable for any defects, damages and consequential damages resulting from any cause (such as a technical malfunction or omission in the Internet).
7.2. The Operator will not be held responsible for the contents of the advertisements published on the Web Store. When publishing an advertisement, the Operator fully takes into account the provisions of Section CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services and Certain Aspects of Information Society Services. and Act LVIII of 1997 on Commercial Advertising Activity. provisions of the law.
8. Termination
8.1. The Operator may terminate these Terms of Use if the User violates these Terms of Use or any applicable laws. Termination by the Operator will result in the Exclusion of the User.
9. Miscellaneous provisions
9.1. The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use unilaterally.
9.2. The product pictures displayed on the Webshop are illustrations, they may not be real.
9.3. The Operator makes the invoice issued to the Buyer at the time of sending e-tickets.

9.6. During the term of the Contract, and beyond, the Operator and the User are required to cooperate. If there is any question or dispute between the parties and is not contained in these Terms of Use, they shall be obliged to consider the dispute and the question in the light of the spirit of these Terms of Use and the intended purpose of the Operator.
9.7. 9.8. The User expressly agrees to handle the personal information provided during the order by the Operator to process and execute orders.

9.13. Operator and User are committed to settling any disputes through negotiation. The Parties shall, in the event of their dispute, lay down the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
9.14. Please note that after booking/purchasing the ticket the tickets cannot be cancelled. Guaranteed money payback if the program will not be held.
